Exam Etiquette
You can access the full exam honor code from your Student Calendar at any time (along with this presentation). It appears in Examplify before every exam. By typing “Begin”, you agree to follow it.
- Three proctors at every exam—a table proctor and two at the top of the auditorium.
- Proctors will make sure your eyes are on your own screen and can move you at any time.
- Alert a proctor if you have an Examplify problem or need to use the restroom.
- Only one student is allowed out of the exam at a time, escorted by a proctor.
- Once you begin the exam, you may not leave the auditorium unescorted until you show a proctor that you have uploaded.
- We adhere as closely to Board standards as possible.
Best Practices:
- Have a computer that meets minimumExamplify and RVU requirements
- Bring your laptop and charger to every testing event
- Turn off all other applications before you start Examplify including all spyware/firewalls (does anti virus go under spyware? If not I would add anti viruses)
- Use Google Chrome or Firefox to access the Exam Soft website
- Hard Restart (push down the power button until your computer turns completely off, then restart) to reset Examplify. Even when you are uploading a quiz/exam, you can hard restart your computer and the test will not be lost.
